Privacy policy

Personal data may be collected by the Laboratoire d’Imagerie Biomédicale, 15 rue de l’École de Médecine, F-75006 Paris, France.

  • Directory/Organizational chart: last name – first name – personal email address (if no institutional email address) – photograph – ORCID identifier – ResearchGate identifier – ADUM identifier – URL link to a personal LinkedIn page – URL link to a personal page.
  • Staff administrative management: last name – first name – gender – nationality – date or year of birth – personal telephone number – personal email address (if no institutional email address) – photograph – contact information for an emergency contact.
  • Access to the laboratory’s information systems: last name – first name – personal email address (if no institutional email address) – login information (personal IP address if you need to connect from home for teleworking).

This data is accessible via:

  • Directory/Organizational chart: public internet.
  • Staff administrative management: secretariat-laboratory management, laboratory management, IT support department.
  • Access to the laboratory’s information systems: IT support department.

This data is retained for the following periods:

  • Directory/Organizational chart: until the end of the laboratory’s term of office. However, it is deleted from the online display on the laboratory’s website upon the departure of the person concerned.
  • Staff administrative management: until the end of the laboratory’s term of office.
  • Access to the laboratory’s information systems: for the duration of the account’s validity.

No transfer of data outside the European Union is carried out.

When certain information is mandatory to access specific features of the site or the laboratory’s information systems, this mandatory nature is indicated at the time of data entry. If you refuse to provide mandatory information, you may not have access to certain services.

In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation published in the Official Journal on April 27, 2016 and in force since May 25, 2018, you have the following rights:

  • Exercise your right of access to know your personal data;
  • Request the update of your data if it is inaccurate;
