Offre de post doctorats dans le laboratoire

Post-doctoral fellowship in preclinical photoacoustic imaging of nanovectors

Ce poste a été pourvu
A postdoctoral fellow appointment is available at the Laboratory of Biomedical Imaging in collaboration with Institut Galien Paris Saclay. The candidate will work on the ANR funded project “Control of the optical Absorption Properties of nanovectors for PHOTOACoustic imaging – CAP-PhotoAc”. More specifically, she/he will image the biodistribution of labeled drug nanovectors at the site of inflammation in 3D and in high spatial resolution with photoacoustic imaging, and will correlate the biodistribution with the therapeutic outcome. The project involves the formulation and characterization of nanoparticles, and longitudinal in vivo experimental studies on murine models to monitor their accumulation and evaluate therapeutic efficiency.

The applicant will work on a multidisciplinary project interacting with researchers in physics and chemistry, as well as biologists in small animal imaging platforms.

Post-doctoral fellowship in cardiovascular imaging and AI

Catheter ablation (CA) is a promising treatment for atrial and ventricular cardiac arrhythmias. Electro-anatomical mapping (EAM) systems allow 3D reconstruction of cardiac chambers and display of the arrhythmia source and propagation. The main limitation of AC is the inability, without associated image integration, to show areas harboring a myocardial arrhythmogenic substrate, such as fibrosis or fatty infiltrations, which may be associated with recurrent arrhythmias. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) and computed tomography (CT) have dramatically progressed in the identification of the arrhythmogenic substrate in the myocardial tissue. The combination of these two modalities through a transfer learning strategy may provide a reliable 3D fusion of tissular data from CT and MRI and ultimately facilitate data integration into EAM systems.

This postdoctoral project will be conducted in the Cardiovascular Imaging (iCV) team within the Laboratory of Biomedical Imaging (LIB, Sorbonne Université/Inserm/CNRS) and the Heart Institute of the Pitié-Salêtrière Hospital in Paris (APHP/Sorbonne Université).

Post-doc (H/F) en imagerie ultrasonore cardiaque (Projet ATIP AVENIR)

Date Limite de Candidature : mercredi 8 juin 2022. Pour postuler cliquer ici.

Missions

Post-doctoral research fellowship in aortic 3D/4D MRI

A research fellow appointment is available within the Cardiovascular Imaging team at Laboratory of Biomedical Imaging, which is under the umbrella of Inserm, CNRS and Sorbonne University and located in the center of Paris. The candidate will work on the EIT Health-funded CMRAI project related aiming at investigating the added value of advanced MRI image acquisition and processing in better characterizing and predicting aortic aneurysms. MRI will include high-resolution 3D angiograms and optimized 4D flow datasets, and image processing will focus on volumetric morphology quantification and the extraction of flow-based parameters to better understand hemodynamics-geometry interactions.

The applicant will work in a multidisciplinary environment interacting with researchers and radiologists, as well as with two research engineers currently hired within the CMRAI project to design an integrative and accelerated software from our previous developments in aortic MRI quantitative flow and geometry imaging, in collaboration with the Imageens spin-off.

This is a 1-year appointment potentially renewable.
